The medical collateral ligament is one of the most common injures sustained of the knee. The MCL Rehab App is your own personal rehabilitation app for your pocket. The MCL Rehab App provides detailed information from initial injury, rehabilitation to return to sport.

Within the app you will find a vast array of strengthening, flexibility, balance and agility exercises for every stage of your rehabilitation. These exercises have been specifically designed for MCL rehabilitation.

Exercises
Exercises are divided into four categories: Flexibility, Strength,Balance and Agility. All exercises can be selected for an individualized workout. Each category contains exercises specific to early rehabilitation through to sport specific training.

Stages of Rehabilitation:
MCL rehabilitation is divided into 6 specific stages, beginning from acute injury, rehabilitation all the way to return to sport. These stages are from 0-5 days, 7-14 days, 2-3 weeks, 3-6 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 6-8 weeks. Each stage has specific exercises which can be added to a personal workout for an individualized home and gym based program.

My Workout:
The My Workout feature allows users to add individual exercises from flexibility, strength, balance and agility lists. The workout can be edited as an individual's requirements in rehabilitation change.

Stages of Rehabilitation
The progression of rehabilitation is broken down into 6 stages. Each stage explains the expected activity level, healing times and focus of rehabilitation.
