The mobile application of the Ministry of Culture and Youth in the United Arab Emirates offers a number of services aimed to benefit the citizens and residents of the state, contributing to keep up with the march of cultural and Youth progress.

The ministry's services are divided into three main sections:

- Literature Services Package: such as Issuing international numbering (ISBN) and Request for consulting visit to library
- Cultural Centers Services Package: Libraries: memberships and utilizing library services and taking part in different events and renting halls and theaters.etc…
- Tangible Heritage Services Package: like Registration of Archaeological Sites and Pieces.

Users of the mobile application will get updated about the leading projects, news of activities, events and awards organized by the Ministry during the year.
