Medallion Field is a mobile and cloud-based application used by construction employees to see their assigned job tasks for the day, view pertinent job and task information, and record start and stop times per pay category. Medallion Field can run on any device but is intended to be used by construction employees on their smart phone.


Medallion Field displays all the assigned tasks for each workday to the employee. The employee can then clock in and clock out of a selected task, indicate the task status at clock out, and provide field notes regarding task status or conditions. The employee also has access to job information including builder, job super, job address, and office provided job notes. They can also see other job data like job options, change orders, material lists, and files or documents like contracts, mini-prints, base requirements, and quality control checklists. The construction worker can also take and attach pictures of the job while on the job site.



Medallion Field allows employees to see their hours per pay category and job task. They can view their total hours for the day including overtime and double-time. Medallion Field also allows them to see their total reimbursable mileage. The employee’s timeclock punches and notes are immediately saved in the Medallion database and can be viewed, approved, and posted in the Medallion Office application. From Medallion Office, construction managers can view, adjust, approve and post timeclock records and view job cost and budget overruns or variances immediately.
