Thanks to the IBM Medical App, the patient is able to see his/her medical appointments and receive reminders, know where the visit will take place and how to reach, note down questions to better prepare for the visit. In addition, the patient can avoid to stop at the registration desk upon arrival at the hospital, by entering a simple code in his/her mobile.
