View Schedule:
Users register and verify details to publish their account on the platform. After verification of details, the user shall add chamber and availability by selection of date range, day range and time range. The users will be able to view their schedules day-wise or month-wise.
Manage Multiple Chamber & Availability:
Users can add multiple chamber locations and add availability against a particular chamber. To add a chamber, select location on map, add chamber title and description and add availability in the chamber by selection of date range, day-range & time range. Users can sort appointments of a particular chamber date-wise, day-wise and month-wise from 'My Schedule' tab.
Manage Appointments Online:
Users can manage all their appointments online and sort them by date/day and month. Users can offer walk-in or chat appointments and Accept or Reject any new appointments and mark appointments as completed. Marking an appointment as complete will change the status of the next appointment from 'Next' to 'Ongoing'. Now users can view the order of queue in the 'Appointments' tab.
Chat with patients & Video Consult Online:
Users may allow free or paid chats with patients for online consultations. Users may add a seperate slot for online chat consultation or both of walk-in and chat appointments. Users may restrict chat sessions upto 45 minutes prior to appointment timing and mark session as completed otherwise the chat head will be closed automaticaly after 45 minutes of appointment timing.
Queue Status:
Users can view the list of appointments and the ongoing patient, next patient and queued patients. This feature helps user maintain order in the queue of appointments.
Instant Payments Settlement:
Users can accept consultation fee from patients in wallet and withdraw to their bank accounts instantly in a T+0 schedule. Thus the payment settlements will be real-time and credited instantly to user's registered bank accounts.
Reviews & Ratings:
This feature will allow users to collect feedback from patients so it will allow users to analyse and upgrade the quality of care and services delivered. The feature will enable maintaining a good profile and greater reach through the feedback provided by other patients.

- Identity: To help make the sign-up and login process smoother
