App Store Description

MediMorph performs dose conversions to make calculating equivalent doses between narcotics easy.

Performing dose conversions by hand can be inaccurate and tedious, so MediMorph aims to provide a simple fix to this issue by allowing you to perform dose conversions between common narcotics with a few easy taps. Conversions are based on the gold standard resource for opiate dosing "Demystifying Opioid Conversion Calculations: A Guide for Effective Dosing" by Mary Lynn McPherson.

Features:
- Dose conversions between common narcotics
- Conversions for both PO (oral) and IV/SQ (intravenous/subcutaneous) administration (for applicable narcotics)
- Reduced dose calculation (medical literature recommends initial dose reduction of 25-50% when switching between opiates)
- Display of conversion steps used to perform calculation
- Local history of calculations performed
- Notes, references, and disclaimer

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or feedback, and thanks for taking a look!
