You can look around and move the camera between set positions until you find the right view that suits you. A specially designed geometric focus wheel gently spins to help keep your eyes focused while uplifting mantras feed your mind positive messages.

Each meditation sessions also has calming music infused with Theta Wave Binaural Beats to help put your brain into a meditative state. You will also hear Solfeggio Frequencies tuned for each Chakra. All of these work together to give you a sound bath that will further encourage a deeper meditation. Furthermore, this app was designed with a very minimal interface that is easy to use and distraction free. Q: Why 7 minutes?
A: This app was designed to give you quick, deep, powerful and beneficial meditation sessions that can easily fit into your schedule. Time is precious and this app was designed with sincere respect for your time. In our test, 7 minutes was short enough to easily fit into a daily routine while still long enough to give you a great beneficial meditation session.

Q: What happens after 7 minutes?
A: After the 7 minute timer ends, you will hear 3 singing bowls. These singing bowls will gently remind you that 7 minutes has passed and it is now your choice to either continue with a longer meditation session or end the session.

Q: What is the focus wheel?
A: The focus wheel is a specially designed geometric hypnotic pattern that slowly spins to encourage your eyes to focus on a single point until they naturally close. This will help you get into and stay in a deep meditation state. Note: if the spin of the focus wheel causes dizziness or is too distracting you can easily turn off the spin in the pause menu.
