The National Restaurant Association’s Marketing Executives Group (MEG) was designed as an educational forum focused on raising the level of excellence in foodservice marketing. MEG’s mission is to inspire, teach, connect and challenge restaurant marketing leaders by providing a community through which participants gain training and education, as well as, participate in the exchange of ideas for the betterment of the industry. Every May in Chicago preceding the National Restaurant Association Show, MEG brings together over 300 marketers and vendors to share insights and hear from respected speakers from inside and outside the industry. Highly regarded as one of the most dynamic conferences held in the restaurant industry, attendees are currently responsible for the marketing of operating restaurant companies. Every segment (from quick service to fine dining) of the over $700 billion industry is represented in the audience and includes large, international brands to smaller, regional brands.
