The owner, the Italian-American Giuseppe Tuosto, is a pioneer of ethnic catering: he started from New York and Los Angeles where he opened oriental and Japanese fusion restaurants. Then he turned back and in addition to the much-loved Japan, he also looked towards his roots, towards Italy, the land where his ancestors came from.
