Users are either Taxi drivers or customers.
The main function of the app is to provide a platform to MPC and other taxi drivers to dispatch job among themselves.
Each user should create a profile and the profile must be activated by the Super Admin before they are granted access to the system.
Drivers can post jobs or bid on open jobs.
Customer can book cabs.
