With Mend App you can:
* Track your most important vitals and stats. Mend can collect data from iHealth, Withings, Fitbit, Jawbone, Misfit, AliveCore and other devices and services. Mend app can also collect your HealthKit data for measurements like daily steps, weight, sleep time, blood pressure and glucose, heart rate, temperature and heart rate. Any measurements you add manually in Mend app can also be added to your HealthKit data
* Track all your conditions, allergies, immunizations, procedures as well as conditions of all your closest relatives
* Track your medications. Get timely notifications for your meds and track adherence. Your weekly adherence score is available on Mend Dashboard so you always know how many meds you’ve taken on time and if you missed any
* Create your care network. Add your health insurance information, primary care physician and specialist as well as emergency contact. You can also set your preferred pharmacy 
* Have a video visit with Mend healthcare providers when you want it, how you want it. Data from your health record, including vitals, stats, conditions, allergies and other will be made available to our board-certified physicians during your visit so that they can provide you with the best possible care. They can even prescribe you medications and make them available for pickup at your preferred pharmacy
