Mental Awareness Conference

We do not talk about mental wellness at the workplace enough and whether we are aware of it or not, it affects every single one of us. Our own issues and those of the people around us will impact our everyday life, both personal and professional.

Organised by Working Town Events in collaboration with the Richmond Foundation, the Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry, the Malta Employers Association and the General Workers Union, This conference is an opportunity for employers and employees to discuss a hugely important but widely ignored and under-estimated topic. Mingle with experts in the field and listen to personal accounts and practical advice on how addressing mental wellness at the workplace can improve performance and relationships at work, and at the same time increase productivity and retention.
