Life Support Mental Health Inc’s Mental Health Check is a medically delivered online mental health assessment tool that can be used by both health practitioners and their patients to identify and assist in the triage of potential mental health concerns. The resulting assessment generated by Mental Health Check becomes an assisting guide to specific mental health support.

Life Support Mental Health Inc’s Mental Health Check is licensed for use by medical health professionals (physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists and other certified health care professionals) and their patients. Licensed medical health professionals provide both intake and review of patients results generated by the Mental Health Check assessment process. The result of this process is a patient specific report that provides an assessment of the individual’s mental health and any related areas of concern. If needed, the Mental Health Check system can facilitate direct referral services by geo-targeting the individuals home address and locating registered/licensed mental health practitioners from the Life Support network that specialize in treating the assessed issue(s).

To enhance the Mental Health Check process, Life Support has integrated our Mental Health Check platform with a leading virtual services provider to allow our practitioner network direct access to a next generation virtual platform offering virtual consultations, instant messaging, secure file transfer, appointment, scheduling and payment functionality. Our system will enhance communications between medical and mental health professionals within our network to help them to engage and collaborate directly in the care of patients and help to bridge the gap between medical health and mental health support.
