How to earn-
You have to select your choice of rewards each from 3 categories short-term, medium-term and long-term. Each reward has a different goal to achieve. You need to complete the goal to earn the reward. When you do any eligible fitness activity that day will be added as an active day to your rewards. When your active day count reaches the goal you can redeem that reward and earn your reward and again activate other rewards available.

Fitness activities allowed-
There are different types of fitness activities you can do using MercerGrow app. You can do Walking, running, cycling, on-demand workout, gym workout, yoga, dance, boxing, swimming, sports and many more.

Walking, running and cycling will be tracked through your mobile phone sensors and GPS. All other activities gym workout, yoga, dance and other will be tracked through QR code present at those activity centers.
