MerchantTell

Merchants can register through this app and start communicating with their clients about their products and services and provide a regular update to the queries of their customers. It can be extended as a chat application for any service provider. All history of a client chat can be viewed in single chat screen and regular clients can find it easy to search for sellers in a particular category and post any query directly through this app. The basic purpose of this app is facilitating easy communication between merchants and their regular customers. Customers can complain, query or order the products for cash on delivery through this app. Sellers can view communication with any one of his customers on a single screen.
The app has other pair app named 'clientTell' which will be soon available on the play store to be downloaded by normal users where they can search for any merchant or service provider after registration and connect with any of them by sending messages. Sellers will view their messages in MerchantTell app.
