The Merlin Security app is a panic button on your cell phone which is linked to your Merlin Security guard at the main gate.

This app works as follow:

1. Press Merlin Security button panic button on app

2. The panic SMS will be sent out to a maximum of 5
programmed numbers

3. Numbers 1 and 2 are pre-programmed to your Merlin
Security guard at your gate and the Merlin Security
area manager

4. The client has the option of loading another 3
numbers as emergency contacts who will also receive
the panic sms

5. The panic sms will include your unit number whereby
the Merlin Security guard will respond immediately.

6. All necessary actions will be handled by the Merlin
Security area managers

This app helps to reduce your monthly armed
response costs, as it is linked to the Merlin Security
guard on your site
