Infrastructure
Mervin International has commenced manufacturing at its 30,000 square feet factory located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh in 2016.
We have a production capacity of:
· Knitted Garments – 100,000 pieces
· Woven Garments – 50,000 pieces

Expertise Design
An in-house team constantly studies new market trends to offer latest designs and styles to our customers. This ensures that our collection is always made from fashionable fabrics, prints, accessories & trims.

Quality
Mervin International implements stringent quality controls starting from an initial fabric inspection at 4 Point system to on-line inspection during production and final inspections. Our materials go through multiple quality control tests before production commences. We have developed our own ERP software to create a system of checks and balances that maintains strict time lines and guarantees the best quality of the product and on time delivery. This system creates a time and action plan thereby connecting the whole supply chain from the time of order placement to delivery of the shipment.
