Users take Eneagramm test to identify their most likely personality type and Belbin method test to find out the most suitable team roles.

Based on identified personality types and team roles users can learn their soft skills and get recommendations on further development. They can also learn colleagues' profiles and get advice on effective cooperation.

Colleagues may create their own teams inside the app, learn role consistency of a team and get advice on optimization and improvements of cooperation inside a team.
