MGJV eOIL (PDP-SSP)

System Overview

Outstanding Items List Application, or in short, E-OIL application is a web based system for Work Package Constructor (WPC) to submit and then action on the OIL Form online. This later enables Supervising Consultant (SC) and Project Delivery Partner (PDP) to pick up the forms and review electronically. By computerizing the current manual works and workflows, all O.I.L information, forms and photos will be recorded and stored in the database. This can then be easily retrieved from the system anytime, anywhere.

User Permissions and Access Rights

All users who have successfully registered online through E-OIL application can access the system to search and submit O.I.L, according to in-charged packages. Each email address is only applicable for one user registration.
