The MHL app is a habit and mental health tracker, complete with daily journaling, daily inspirational quotes and affirmations, and daily challenges to keep you motivated in tackling your mental health.
More than that, it's a community. When you join, you can choose to share your progress with a team of people similar to you who will give you tips and motivation along the way. Each team has a coach (a trained social worker) who will provide daily feedback as well.
This app is a perfect place to start understanding your habits and moods. Through our community-based support, it may help people consider therapy or other forms of counseling services available to them. Please note: this app is not a replacement for therapy or other mental health interventions.

Our founder started the MHL after spending years working to manage his own Bipolar and ADHD. Over time, he realized that more than anything else, he need accountability and motivation to help him maintain the healthy habits and environment that helped him stabilize his mood and minimize stress.
The MHL gives you all the core mental health and mood tracking you get in other apps, but also pairs you with a team and coach to give you feedback and motivation along the way. Because mental health should be a team sport.
