As you manage your book of business, the app allows you to easily review specific customer information via the Customer Snapshot. Call preparation has never been easier, putting all the key information you need right at your fingertips, in one centralized location. You can review existing opportunities with customers, open orders, agreement information, and accounts receivable performance. After your customer visit you can log your meeting to keep up with key customer interactions.


While on the road, stay informed of key transactions for your book of business – the app will alert you to critical orders, quotes, web activity, or other events requiring your attention. This allows you to stay focused on the customer and manage exceptions only as needed.
