Microcement was developed over 30 years ago when the US Navy needed a new surface for its aircraft carriers. The challenge then was to find a product that was durable and flexible, while also being able to withstand water spills. Then it was a clever American who solved the riddle of mixing sand, cement and resins, specifically silica sand, portland cement and polymer resins.

Microcement gives a room a unique and exclusive lift with seamless surfaces in a variety of colors and textures, whether applied to walls, floors or both.

Microcement has many advantages. Among other things, it can be laid directly on existing tiles, wallpaper, plaster, painted walls, concrete floors and the like. It can make the renovation more affordable in, for example, bathrooms, instead of having to remove all the tiles and start from scratch.
