Menu Ease automates these ever-increasing requirements and requests and makes them easy.

Meeting the dietary needs of guests is the responsibility of not just the chef but everyone involved in making sure the details are handled. From the guest and event planner to the catering sales manager and entire kitchen team, banquet captains and servers. There are spreadsheets to share, missed orders and miscommunications.

The Menu Ease App takes away all the pain and extra work in managing special meal requirements and requests for your function staff.

Chefs see the list of special meals required well in advance of every event. The chef sets up the menu in the app portal. Event managers provide the attendees the generated event code to allow them to login to the app on their phone. They select their meals in the app and the event and kitchen staff see how many and what kind of special meals they need to prepare and to whom it belongs, well ahead of time. No information is lost.

Menu Ease manages the attendees’ requests from the attendees through to the kitchen and on to service, where the meal is delivered to the right person in the right location. When the meals are ready, the chef selects those meals as ready for service. Service staff see what is ready, and to where and to whom it is to be delivered. Service staff then selects those meals as delivered. Fuss free and easy.

The kitchen is well prepared and organised. Service staff get the correct information and meals to deliver to the right person. Attendees receive their chosen meals along with everyone else. Event meals are a consistent success and gain the deserving reputation and repeat business.
