Our app was created to address common challenges all adults face: decline is muscle mass, bone health, balance, mobility and change in nutrition needs.
Developed in collaboration with a range of healthcare professionals, including clinical exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, clinical personal trainers and dieticians our program covers everything you need on your journey to better health with safe, effective and progressive exercises supported by user friendly tools and a nutrition guide to help you fuel your body right.
Our Evidence Based, Expert Guided 12 week programme was developed to help adults improve grip, strength, balance, mobility and nutrition. You'll have access to a library of safe and effective exercises, user guide, nutrition guide and your recipe books, whilst also being able to track your intake of calories.
Turns out grip strength is a biomarker for health. Surprising but true! Think of it as a vital sign, like your blood pressure or heart rate. A firm grip is often a sign of good health, while a weaker grip could indicate potential risks. Studies have found a strong link between grip strength and various health issues, especially as we age.
