Milestone Monitor

Milestone Monitor is a software platform that informs the client all the various milestones that need to be completed throughout a transaction, with a progression bar of how far they are along the process

The licensee has the ability to not only create each milestone, but to offer the app free to both the client and each involved party or profession. In many cases each milestone may have a list of tasks that need to be actioned before the milestone is completed; the sub milestones, known as “Sub Stones”, are a division of each milestone.

The main benefit of the app is that it gives transparency to all parties as they are all viewing the same page. The transaction is self-expedited as everyone knows who is due to act to achieve the completion of each milestone to its conclusion.
