Research has shown that physiotherapy and other manual therapies can positively influence the symptoms of somatosensory tinnitus.
Milou is an app that provides exercises to train your neck and shoulder muscles. The aim is to strengthen your muscles in this area. In the course of a 9-week training program you will get to know 16 different exercises. Short video instructions will help you to train independently and comfortably from home.

The Milou App is a research project of the Tinnitus Research Initiative (TRI) and the Clinic and Polyclinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the University of Regensburg in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Sarah Michiels, REVAL Rehabilitation Research Center, Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, Hasselt University.
