You will have all the tools you need to succeed. You will never run out of material. Everything is mapped out for you. You will also be given nutrition information and a guide on how to meet your goals. You will NEVER get bored, never run out of ideas or information! There will be new things posted all the time.

New workouts added to library on a regular basis, and a Facebook support group with all the women who are members!

Premium membership is an auto-renewal monthly subscription for $9.49.

Payment is handled by your iTunes Account. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
