What is Mindfunginess?
It is an innovative methodology to awaken and recode your mental, emotional and spiritual life, through several complementary tools:
1) The deep understanding of techniques designed by the Guru, Vishen Lakhiani, the founder of Mindvalley and muse of this training.
2) The music of the magic mushrooms.
3) The micro-doses of magic mushrooms (only if you have already decided to consume them previously).
How?
1) For 60 days, in 20-minute sessions, in video, podcast or workbook format. Or through a mix of the three.
2) Interspersed in the training are 40 training sessions, 40 exercises, 20 meditation sessions and 10 assessment tests.
3) There are 2 versions available: Music Version or Microdose Version.
4) In the Music Version, in the meditation sessions you are accompanied by music generated by the waves of magic mushrooms and images of fractals.
5) In the Microdose Version, you consume these, 1 day on and 2 days off, following the Fadiman protocol, accompanied by the same sessions as in the Music Version.
6) In all versions you have a system of tests, alerts and statistics tailored to your needs, so you can track your goals for 10 months.
