Mindsonnet is aimed to help you feel better about yourself by providing tools to help visualise, share and communicate your mental and physical wellbeing.

This is the beta version of our App just released with our first module which is designed to help you with personal Challenges.



A challenge is designed to give you a boost of motivation as you work towards a personal goal. By setting a challenge, you'll be able to visibly see your progress and keep track of your highs and lows each day, which can help you stay focused and on track.

A great challenge could be something to boost your physical health like making healthier food choices or getting active during the day. It could be something for your mental well-being, like breaking bad habits or starting new positive ones. It could be something as simple as taking a few minutes each day to read a book, or something more challenging like learning a new skill.

By sharing we help to create a positive Social Conscious together.



Our overall aim is to help move away from negative Social interactions and join people to create a positive Social Conscious together.



More modules are coming soon, such as MindFit, and we are busy working away on these for you right now!



We believe doing little positive things everyday can help put your mind into a stronger harmony, or song, to help you personally.
