Mini Piano Pro

Mini Piano Pro is a great multitouch piano for iOS.

It's designed to be very fast and responsive, and it allows you to choose a beautiful sampled piano or select one of the 128 different midi instruments.

You can use 88 keys to play and zoom in and out to get the keys to the size you want them. Several different piano modes are available, so you can choose the keyboard you want. Dual/split instrument options are also present.

This app is standalone, pay once, no subscription needed.

App is optimized for iPhone and iPad.
