Minimalist app that focuses on silent meditation as well as breath holding techniques inspired by the nepalse Tummo and the Wim Hof practice. The app offers simple and advanced customization for the your breathing sessions.

ADVANCED FEATURES:
- Add waiting time in seconds before your first round starts to give yourself time to prepare (for example lay down...).
- Either define all rounds similarly or customize the each round individually.
- Define the number of rounds.
- Limit the number of breath (phone rings or vibrates when limit reached).
- Limit how long you want to hold your breath (phone rings or vibrates when limit reached).
- If you want to stop before your limit is reached, simply double tap the screen to skip.
- Once your predefined round number is reached, you can choose to finish session or keep going with no limits
- Wim Hof recommends 15 seconds retention between each rounds. You can change this number as well.
- Simply double tap the screen to skip between rounds and long tap to finish.
