Miro was born from the effort of wanting to bring people closer to the world of fitness, to allow anyone who wants to be able to train in order to improve themselves and above all to like themselves by looking in the mirror. With this simple app we have tried to enclose 2 main concepts to make your experience complete:

Practicality:
Your Training is in the first place so no distractions, throw away your paper and stopwatch because Miro has all the tools you need. You will have a timer to keep track of your recovery times without having to worry about checking it continuously because it will notify you when it is time to resume. Each completed set will be automatically checked so that you will not lose the progression of your training and if you need to update the weight to be lifted you can do it during your session without having to interrupt it.
Freedom:
The simplified interface will guide you to the composition of your Training Cards with the possibility of creating daily routines in an intuitive and simple way. Choose your exercises from a large library, accompanied by executive videos and various execution modes; select the classic 3 x 8 or customize your Stripping and if you are an expert go to the Pro mode where you can vary every detail of your Sets. When you are in the middle of your training you can navigate with simple Swipes in the interface so as to see the next exercises or just skip the current one and when you have finished your Workout share your workout and show your Strength to friends.
