While a single observation doesn’t have much credibility, Mirror collects hundreds and thousands of observations from everyone you work with over time which will provide you with the insight you need in order to learn, take action, and grow at an accelerated pace.

* Turn on Anonymous Mode - Want to provide feedback to your coworker or boss but don’t want them to know it was you? Turn on anonymous mode to provide anonymous observations to your team.
