It is designed to collect and record clinical and subclinical manifestations of the diseases, with the capability to provide psychoeducational suggestions to enhance their competence in self-management, relapse prevention, and prolongation of remission periods.

For diagnostic and therapeutic support, mental health professionals (doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists) have access to the data.
