MOAI is a free app that helps you reflect on how you're doing, understand the pressures in your life, and connect with support that fits—whether that's local services, something from your workplace, or simply a moment to pause and notice what's going on.
We've designed MOAI to be clear, evidence-informed and genuinely useful. No jargon. No pressure. Just small steps towards feeling more in control.
The app brings together four key things:

- Clear, science-based articles and exercises to build awareness
- A way to track and understand work-related stressors across your week.
- Easy access to expert clinical care, if and when you need it.
MOAI helps you connect the dots—between mood, work, sleep, stress, and more—so you can make sense of your experience and decide what to do next. Whether you're feeling fine or feeling stuck, it gives you space to understand and respond before things build up.
You’ll also get personalised guidance based on your answers. That might mean a short read, a reflection, or a direct link to support through your workplace or community. When self-help isn’t enough, you can book in with a MOAI psychiatrist directly through the app.
