These student-drivers will be hired held to our strict Mobile Whips Policy while driving. Being a college friendly app, we promote "No Drinking and Driving". With college student certified drivers, Mobile Whip allows student riders to call a Mobile Whip for rides to restaurant/bars, parties and local addresses.
