Our model promotes efficiency and fairness with balanced interview questions incorporating cognitive recognition, mindful presence and emotional intelligence. Individuals can practice at their own pace with ease and flexibility using on-demand (one way) recordings or live sessions to simulate a real experience.

MOC View’s core services are delivered through a cloud-based platform whereby Candidates, Evaluators and Recruiters can engage in video interviewing, scheduling, and assessments among other features.
