Es findet jährlich im grünen Herzen Augsburgs im Wittelsbacher Park rund um eines von Augsburgs Wahrzeichen, dem Hotelturm, statt. Das Non-Profit-Festival zieht rund 30.000 Besucher an drei Tagen und überzeugt durch ein einzigartiges Konzert- und Rahmenprogramm. Erstmals 2007 als Indoor-Festival konzipiert hat sich das Modular Festival seit 2009 zu einem Open Air entwickelt.
