This Project Tracking Application provides solution to track the status of the projects and their respective tasks to the Management Team and enables to share the project/part of project information with the customers.

Ø Project creation, Tracking and Monitoring based on the assigned roles, which helps in minimizing the coordination time of different departments and to all the stake holders of the project.

Ø Application helps in price quotation and arriving to the final price acceptance.

Ø Chat feature in the application to communicate within the groups, individual chat with senior management level and with the customers, which in turn makes effective communication and expedite the project progress.

Ø Build some of the reports on the transactional data available, within the application to analyze and measure the effectiveness.
