Moke Smoke not only helps you track your progress in quitting smoking, but also offers a range of unique features and opportunities to interact with other community members.

-> The app has a weekly calendar for tracking your progress in quitting smoking. Mark each day as "craved", "smoked", or "did not smoke" to understand your difficulties and progress in quitting.

-> The app's unique coach will help you on this journey. If you feel the urge to smoke, press the "craved" button and the coach will offer five exercises to help you overcome the urge. Choose a breathing exercise to calm your body and mind.

-> If you can stay smoke-free, the app will encourage you with motivational messages and rewards in the form of coins and ratings. You'll rise to the top of non-smokers. You can also share your emotions on the newsfeed, to which all community members are subscribed. Here, you can leave comments, add emotions, and follow the success of other members.

-> To interact even more with other participants, we have a group chat where you can ask questions and exchange advice on quitting smoking. Additionally, we have a list of the top 100 non-smokers created for motivation and can inspire you to achieve your goal.
