MOKK Trial is a mock court system and follows the traditional progression of case lodgement by a plaintiff, serving of papers on defendant, Subpoena witnesses submission of evidence, judgement and appeal.

Cases are presented anonymously with only titles of Plaintiff, Defendant or Witness shown to Judges.

Upon signing up users choose categories of interest for which they become Judges. All users function as Judges and may be selected for judgement or jury duty at random, or voluntarily participate in the social feed where they can leave comments and verdicts which can be views by all users.

Users can create cases to which they become the plaintiff and they can then invite the defendant & witnesses into the platform to provided their side and evidence.

Privacy is important to us at MOKK trial and we give the user a choice of having their cases judged privately within the closed system or publicly on the social feed. All social cases must be agreed to by both Plaintiff and Defendants, or they will remain within the private closed system.

• All user cases are consensual, unlike other social forums both parties are required to submit evidence prior to a case being posted within the platform.
