Mom Net Mobile
What is it about?
This project seeks to provide services to mothers with depressive symptoms who have children enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start. Too many depressed mothers, particularly those living in economic distress, do not receive the treatment they need. Stemming from the treatment access needs and the emergence of eHealth, we developed Mom Net Mobile.

Mom-Net is a self-help program to help parents struggling with depressive symptoms that is facilitated by a coach. Mom-Net is a web-based interactive intervention adapted from an empirically-supported cognitive behavioral treatment for depression. We seek to embed Mom-Net directly into Head Start services, with Head Start staff will be serving as Mom-Net coaches. The intervention is delivered on mobile app and web browser.
