Monk Medical is a customizable cloud-based patient engagement platform for hospitals and health clinics. Monk Medical App tracks patients’ treatment progress, lab reports and radiology screenings, sends and records appointments, notify patients before appointments. It also has an instant messaging tool for any questions or updates. Patients can also see their treatment process and get reminded when their daily dose is coming up. The doctors and patients can access their information via the web and their smartphones.

Our mission is to provide the technological infrastructure to hospitals and health clinics that currently do not utilize modern healthcare technology by seamlessly integrating all the functions required to run a healthcare clinic to track treatments, patients’ progress and store all patient data in the cloud.

We offer three main improvements to the healthcare providers. Our first improvement is we help transform organizations into paper free businesses. We enable access to any patient data from our mobile app. With our software, clinics upgrade to our paper free environment and keep track of all documents with one click. Secondly, clinics also ensure the safety of the storage of sensitive patient data. All sensitive data is encrypted and secured in the cloud. Furthermore, when patients sign up on the app and use it repeatedly, their medical records accumulate in our medical database, and are easily accessible, reducing unnecessary paperwork and loss of possible data and time. This provides an ever more accurate medical history of patients for the doctors. Lastly, our quick and easy messaging tool allows patients and doctors to communicate with ease and save time by eliminating long waits and calls.

Patients use the Monk Medical App to stay in the know about their treatments at all the clinics they get treatment. They can sign up to different clinics, just like workspaces, and track their treatments and appointments in each one of them.
