Il Monterosso Val d’Arda Festival è stato ideato dai volontari di Castell’Arquato nel 2011 per promuovere il vino tipico del territorio. Con gli anni, la manifestazione è diventata anche l’occasione per favorire il turismo nella Val d’Arda e dare impulso a tutto quanto il Piacentino ha di meglio da offrire.
