The app is free when you purchase the “Observatory and Guided Tour” package, which gives you access to a promo code to download the app. Just head to the ticket booth in the Tourist Hall, located at the base of the Tower.

How do I get to the Olympic Park?
The Tower ticket booth is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Viau Metro, and is also accessible via the entrance to the parking lot at 3200 Viau street.
