Mood Saver is a quick way to evaluate your emotional vitals and track how well you are managing them. Emotional health is often linked directly to physical health, un-managed, Chronic Stress and Anxiety have been proven to be major factors in numerous Chronic Health Conditions.

Mood Saver uses a combination of emotional scales and proven industry assessments to quantify your emotional health combined with personal behavior assessments to calculate a Negative Mood Index.

Mood Saver uses the following assessments that have proven through rigorous studies over the last 40 years to effectively evaluate emotional health.

> Stressful Life Events -- PERI Life Event Scale
> Basic Stress -- Psychological Stress Measure PSM-9
> Perceived Stress -- Perceived Stress Scale PSS

All data stored in Mood Saver is password protected and encrypted, but each user has the option to disable these features. Sharing of recorded information is up to the discretion of the user.
