Planning:

MOSO enables the user to plan and document sessions upfront and share the plan with a select group of supervisors and/or peers.

Feedback:

MOSO provides a means for the user to get feedback and adjust the plan before the session starts.

Observation:

MOSO provides the supervisors and/or peers with a platform to document observations made during the session by way of text, photos and videos.

Review and dialog:

MOSO enables the user to review observations made on a timeline of events and use it as a basis for supervision and mentoring.
