Move is a mobile application that serves as a platform for taxi businesses to operate their services on. The platform has a wide range of features allowing drivers to connect with their passengers with just one click of a button. Customers can request rides immediately, receive estimated fare prices and do instant payments with their e-wallet or card. The mobile application will be made available for both Passengers and Driver’s on IOS devices.


We have taken several steps to ensure that you most importantly enjoy the ride and always feel safe. Here is how we do that:

All our friendly drivers prior to the use of the Move Platform are screened according to our standards and all their information is uploaded to our databases.

We check that all the drivers are legally allowed to commercially transport passengers. You will be able to view an uploaded copy of their driver’s license anytime during a trip.

All the vehicles that the drivers use are checked to ensure that are road worthy and in good condition. We then upload all the vehicle information to our databases. When you make a trip, you will be able to view the vehicles registration number, make and model.

We have implemented a live location SOS distress button for both drivers and riders. Should you feel unsafe or in distress for any reason you should make use of this feature. When the SOS distress button is activated a live location and a distress message will be sent to all your SOS contacts and Move Management. Move will then take appropriate measures to resolve the distress as stipulated in our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Before the beginning of every trip you'll have to provide a unique four digit OTP to the driver in order to start the ride.
