What is it about?

Movejoy reimagines wellness in the workplace. We help fill a void that the pandemic has amplified - the struggle to connect and a sense of isolation. Movejoy matches colleagues and supports these pairs in creating and sustaining deeper connections around wellness and forging ongoing relationships with new colleagues. Our program creates increased social connection and a sense of belonging in workplace communities that lead to demonstrated improvements in mental and physical health.
