TROUBLESHOOTING: A number of users have experienced no sound when initially playing the app content. Please check that you have switched the mute button off at the side of your hand set. Also check that the mute button is setup to be a sound selector rather than a orientation selector. Finally ensure that the volume slider on the video screen is zipped up to full volume.
